8 years ago I moved in and now, there are cockroaches and some stuff is broken. They don't fix it and instead take some stuff out of other apartments and put it into mine. They have the worse customer service. You have to wait about 1 hour before reaching a operator to talk to. Please take my advice and don't move into their apartments. when someone moves out, they just paint it a little to make it look better, but in reality, everything is old and broken. After you sign the lease and live there for a little while, they blame you for damage and don't fix it. THEY ARE THE WORSE. DON'T MOVE INTO THEIR APARTMENTS, THEY ARE BULLSH*T. I MADE A HUGE MISTAKE BY MOVING INTO THESE BROKEN APARTMENTS, THEY LOOKED CLEAN, BUT WHEN I MOVED IN, IT WAS BROKEN.

Worst ever leasing terms. Never lease here and the rules are like even if you are dying and wanted to break the lease they charge you $400 plus the remaining months rent.
They are not thinking that if your paying the remaining months rent then why would you break the lease.
Do not Rent here beware......

I lived in the North Brunswick Manor for 2 years. The apartments are spacious and cheap, but the community is not friendly. The middlesex management office is horrible to deal with. When you call them, there is a long wait and if you leave your number to call you back, they don't call you back. When I left the apartment, they sent me a bill that I hadn't paid the next month's rent, when I spoke to someone earlier that month and clearly told them I am leaving.

Worse customer service I have ever seen.
I got my keys to my new apartment and they said everything is New and perfectly working but when I visit my apartment noting was good. They just polished floor that's all. They didn't fix heater, refrigerator, dishwasher nothing . Only thing is working in my new apartment is electricity and water that's it.
My gas is on but couldn't light up my gas cause they didn't fix damaged equipment from last renter.
They didn't fix anything and got me keys to my new apartment.
I couldn't sift .
I been keep calling to Middlesex Management almost all day long nobody answer call.

Worst Costumer Service EVER. Not Helpful at all.Trying to reach out for Jeremy Goldberg on July 31, 2015 to give my one month notice and it is about one week later and never got a phone call back. I extended my lease for two months on June 30, 2015 because i was buying a house. My closing date was moved up a month, so didn't have to extend for two months just one. I have never been late on my rent in four years of living under middlesex management. You would think they would work with me. NO they are leaving me responsible for the second months rent. They told me if I broke the lease that i would have to pay $400 plus the months rent. So why would break the lease if your charging me the month already.
I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO LIVE UNDER MIDDLESEX MANAGEMENT.
