Im not one to go and give a review toward any business but after my experience I felt I had to. First, I have to say that I have no complaint against the dentist himself. My bad experience started the moment I walked in the clinic where the receptionist, first, did not acknowledge my presence. So, I waited to be called in. When I was called, I heard the name Vivian. So, I got up and walked inside. As I'm laying on the chair I realized the x-ray on the monitor. It was not showing all my teeth. Now, the orthodontist walks in and tells me that he'll be giving me the anesthesia. I'm like, "what?, anesthesia?, for what?. So, he checks my teeth and looks at the monitor and picked the my folder and tells the nurse that he was given the wrong file. I'm not blaming him. I feel he didn't have any idea what was going on until he noticed the mistake. Now, as I'm leaving, I kindly tell the receptionist(which I later find out that she is the manager) what had happened inside. She said to me sarcastically, "Well, if you would have paid attention it wouldn't have happened. When you were called, they said Lillian not Vivian. I said, "why would I not think it was me when I was the only one sitting in the waiting area. Why would you have two folders out together"? I continued, by saying..."And there's no need for you to speak to me with an attitude and sarcastically". I was upset and told her that she should speak to the patients in a nicer way. I like the dentist but hate to say that I won't be going back there again.
