I was just there to have my oil changed, tires rotated, and fluids topped off. I brought my own oil and filter so I only paid for service. AND THEY DIDN'T EVEN TOP OFF THE FLUID!!! You guys had one job... Haha. Seriously though show more work effort cause that's how you get customers to return.

Went in for an oil change and to have them check out a brake issues. They said that the issue with my brakes was that the rotors were rusted and warped. They gave me a quote for repairs that was fair and got the work done right then and there. The guys behind the counter were friendly and took the time to tell me what was going on even though they were busy with other customers. I would recommend going to this Midas.

Went to this Midas location today to have the brake system flushed and filled, and to replace the serpentine belt. They overpriced the belt at $125 for an aftermarket belt, when the OEM Honda belt only costs $44, retail. They wanted to charge three times what the Honda belt costs!! This did not include the labor, which was $109. They charged a full hour of labor to swap one belt, which is no more than a 15 minute job.
I questioned the counter rep about the high priced belt, so another worker came over and took $40 off the bill. So that brought the cost of the belt down to TWICE the original Honda belt. Keep in mind they used an aftermarket belt, and probably the cheapest one they could find. I understand that they need to make a profit, but not over 100%.
My bill also included a "Shop Supplies" charge of $18. I called Midas customer service after the fact to get an explanation of this charge and was told that it's an automatic charge, based on a percentage of the bill. I asked what supplies might have been used, since this was a simple job of a brake fluid flush and belt change. Besides a rag or two, there should not be any shop supplies used. It's just another way to pad the bill.
Customer service was not helpful at all, either on the overpriced belt or the bogus shop supplies charge. Just some lip service.
This Midas has changed hands a few years ago, and the new ownership and management are terrible. What a shame, because I really liked this place before the changeover. This place is all about padding the bill and overcharging customers. Total highway robbery!!!
Beware! Avoid this place and look elsewhere. They are dishonest, and could care less about customer satisfaction.

I was a loyal customer for nearly 15 years. New employee has changed everthing.
He (Nxxxxx) misrepresented the cost a rear wheel bearing so that I would get both rear wheel bearings replaced. I was quoted $470 for one wheel bearing and $70 more to have both done. Turns out the real price for 1 rear wheel bearing for my car should have been $315 (before discounts). Not sure that I needed either because it did not fix the problem that I brought the car in for in the first place.
I had been promised by the regional manger (Axxx) and the store employee (Nxxxxx) a credit to my Midas credit card for the unnecessary service since 4/26/2016. To date, no credit has been posted to my Midas credit card account.
Very disappointed.
