The manager Charlie was courteous and customer friendly.
Once my car was on the lift Fred the mechanic gave it the once over and discovered a few things (like putting grease on the newly installed brakes) that the Dealer didn't bother to do... Fred found a way to make all the necessary repairs and I left there with my car purring like a kitten!!!!
Ladies, don't be afraid, these guys do a GREAT JOB!!!!
