I have been going to this Midas for close to 8 years. I have never had a problem with the service and the owners. They are very cooperative and I have referred friends and family members and they also never had any complaints. I would definitely recommend having your car serviced at this location.

I almost did not go here because of the bad reviews on this site. I thought that I needed a new catalytic converter. The mechanic checked the exhaust and found that it was only one of the pipes that was rotted. They saved me hundreds of dollars. I would definitely go back there again.

I needed an oil change, tire change, and NYS inspection. After reading the other two bad reviews on this site, I was not sure about going here, but I gave it a try anyway.
After 20 minutes, the guy calls me and says that my back brakes are completely worn out and useless. I told him that I would fix them at a later time and to just do the things that I needed.
When I went in to get my car, at first he pretended to not hear that I needed a NYS inspection. Then he said he would not inspect my car because it would fail because of the completely broken back brakes. I left to get a second opinion.
Ten minutes later, when I pulled up to the another shop, I noticed that a screw under my car was missing so the front bumper flap was hanging down! Luckily this shop was nice enough to replace it for free, and they passed my car with no issues or hassle.

They quoted me $550 for exhaust work that another chain quoted at $100, and refused to honor their own Midas "lifetime" guarantee because their computer "only goes back to 2005." When I decided to go elsewhere for the repair, they were jerks about it. There are a bunch of independent garages in the area that are inexpensive and way better.

Upon inspecting the brakes on my Chrysler, this Midas shop quoted me new pads in the front, front rotor resurfacing, new rear shoes and new rear drums -- in other words, everything brake-related that they could possibly sell me. Total: $650. I took it to another shop for a second opinion, and got a quote for less than half the price, and they said the rotor resurfacing and new drums was not necessary. Go to this Midas if you've got money burning a hole in your pocket and don't mind getting ripped off.
