Customer Service was superior and extraordinary!! It was very professional, super easy and very stress relieving. Good experience all the way around and the quality of the repair was just as good as new. I have had different cars at other shops before but nothing has compared to the quality and service at Mid Island Collision. Very impressive shop as well as staff. I recommend this body shop to all family and friends.

EXCEPTIONAL in all ways - the repair work was flawless and the customer service 110%; my daughter's car was recently damaged by a careless driver - this is third or fourth time we've needed repair service in the last 20 years on Long Island - the first time is how we found Mid Island; the most recent experience was superior to our first - Mid Island has continued to add service features, from rental car to dealing with insurance co to cleaning/detailing the car prior to return, and each improvement only makes the already outstanding better!

Mid island collision was fantastic in fixing my truck in a timely fashion and their attention to detail. Bob is a dynamic individual and a man of his word. I can't tell you how fortunate I am to have met and dealt with him. He truly went above and beyond the normal course of business. I also dealt with Nicole who is a superstar in her own right. She kept me up every step of the way. She is extremely professional and very courteous.
