They don't do any repairs of their own products and can't refer you to someone else who can help you. What's the point of the store if you can't compete with Best buy??

Try to return an online purchase to the Microsoft Store kiosk at the Staten Island Mall. Was told that the connect to the mail control network was down for a few days now and can't process any return nor purchases.

Is this even a place of business? Someone ought to be fired for the loss revenue and business. Why bother stay open?
I have an idea for you, Go upstair to the Apple store, maybe their Genius can help you troubleshoot your network problem. What a joke.

Useless. Tech support told me I could go there to exchange my Surface Pro 3, but the lady refused to let me do it even though I did the exact same thing there two months ago. Instead, I have to go to a full-line store because they're not equipped to do anything useful.
