I've been doing business for well over ten years with Micromax computers, and can say without a doubt they are peerless in their trade. Fabulous service and products, honesty and integrity are their name. Not sure what these other reviews are about, but they are false accusations and certainly lies. I've had computers repaired, new computers bought, viruses cleaned off computers, free help and advice, and just today bought another custom computer set-up from Micromax and couldn't be happier. They are my first and only choice when it comes to computer related issues. I know I will be treated fairly, and honestly; an attribute that's rare today. Besides their prices are unbeatable. The owner lives mere blocks away, has lived in the area his whole life; his reputation is sound. Look no further for computer service and repair, this business has it all; and you will be as elated as I have been for well over a decade.

I'm in the customer service business so I try my best to be objective when rating a business and fair when I have to be critical. I truly believe in if you don't have anything good to say then...you get the drift.

But I have to say...DO NOT take your computer to this shop! My computer has been in this guy's shop for three months!! Took it in February got it back three weeks ago with a supposed new hardrive...GUESS WHAT same day computer was doing the same thing I thought was repaired. Now three weeks later after being told I would need a video card, I still don't have my computer.

Like everybody else this guy has no regard for how critical our computer's are to the business aspect of our lives. Three months and counting. But I bet this guy wants full price! I have never gotten one call from this guy saying what is the status of the repairs. Yet he has 20 computers on the floor in seemingly a one man shop.

I'm warning you don't be a fool like me and take your computer to this guy you will be sorry!! Don't know how he keeps the doors open. Shame on me and I am beyond pissed off. By now I could have bought a new computer!

Find somewhere else a One rating isn't even accurate!

This man is a thief. He DID NOT do the work that he told me he would do. All he does is back up and reformate. This is not what was needed to be done. I had to reload everything and he DID NOT back up my documents. Everything was lost. This was devistating, 10 years worth of work GONE! He didnt even tell me until I took the computer home and saw my documents were GONE...He claimed the file was corrupted? Hello you dont call me? You dont tell me that when I pick it up? I find out when I hook it up and can't find my documents? Horrible, liar, theif. and on top of that LAZY! And add salt to the wound..... the computer is still doing what I told him it was doing and why I brought it to him. He didnt fix it, and I lost my files. But he took my money. Find a different computer place. This was a horrible experience. A costly lesson learned!
