Michele Negri

When I walked by this store on Madison I first noticed the display. Truth be told I have lived around the corner of the store for about 6 months and didn't do much shopping on Madison Ave. It's an amazing store! I love the selection and the quality of the product. The women working here were helpful in finding what I needed and had everything custom tailored and hand delivered to my home. I completely disagree with what candid shopper said and I believe that the product speaks for itself. I would suggest they find a better location on Madison Ave as their building's facade needs work, but that's beyond their control. I have become a faithful shopper at Michele Negri and they are opening a shop in LA from what I am told! Very impressed by this store!!!!

this store will not make it on madison ave. it is pretty far north, probably because the rents are lower and they cannot afford a prime location. i like up-and-coming designers, but michele negri is headed for down-and-out. my wife bought a coat there and it hardly lasted one season. she bought me a shirt there, but i took it back. the quality of the finishing and details was extremely poor. bottom line--this store will not make it. new yorkers are too smart to pay madison ave prices for macy's quality.
