I am switching Gynecologists because she changed practices and send us a letter with the wrong phone #. When I finally got the new # I could not get through to her office. I literally tried for 20 mins- either no one answered with no answering machine or i was put through to silence. Finally got through- left a msg and no one called me back.
Just tried to call to request my records. Even though the office is supposed to be open, the outgoing message says they are closed.
I can't have a doctor I cannot reach. This is a really badly run office. I was originally just calling to schedule my yearly appointment. Thankfully it wasnt something more serious!

I just called the office to renew my prescription. The person who answered the phone bordered on rude. She said she would have the prescription called in. I asked what she was having called in. She said she didn't know. Then how was she going to have it called in??? She said the medical assistant would know. (There were two medication listed.) To end the conversation, I asked would it be called in today, she said she didn't know. I think I am going to state looking for a new doctor.

I have been a patient of Dr Gliksman for many years and it's always a pleasure to see her and enjoy her kind professional demeanor.

I had an excellent experience with Dr Gliksman and her staff. The staff was polite, attentive, sensitive and punctual. She was efficient and concerned. She listened carefully and was very reassuring. Laura Lepore
