Well the check out cashiers are very friendly, however you are hard pressed to find someone on the floor to help you find something in this massive store. And when while on line ready to pay I asked a store person who approached the counter for the item I was looking for: "realistic water" arts and crafts? His response: "I [he] don't kno what that is" I am willing to bet that with more time I could find it. At an another Michaels on a different occasion I was looking for charcoal paper and when a store person...they dismissively said, "if you don't see it, then we don't have it." I found it minutes later.

I'm actually sitting here on hold just to ask a simple question. The first person couldn't answer my question, so I was left on hold. Second person couldn't either (I just want to know if I left something at the register when I was there earlier). I have now been left on hold for 22 minutes. UNBELIEVABLE!

I have my reservations when it comes to them framing, I did not receive good service, wasted my time, she did not want to do the job, offered me the most expensive matting , it did not match the frame and a lot of excuses for not doing what i was asking...understaffed and not very polite.
