Michaels Bagels

It used to be better under the old management but you can still get a decent breakfast and lunch sandwich here.

This place was better under the previous ownership. I find some of the employees to be a bit rude and short. Also, the quality of the food seems to have gone down a bit.

Since Management has changed, service and quality of food has gone down. It's worth the extra 2 mile drive down Kinderkamack to hot bagels In river edge.

We have placed many orders to this business before. I called in an order today and my coworker wanted a tuna sandwich online. When you look on the menu on their LOVELY website, it just says "tuna salad sandwich" - when I placed the order for a tuna salad sandwich I was asked what my coworker wanted it on. The very rude employee on the phone then asked if my coworker wanted lettuce or tomato on the sandwich (which was not listed as an option online) so I quickly asked if that is what my coworker wanted. Because of this short 15 second delay due to their website not being updated, I was verbally harassed on the phone saying "next time I should really write everything down before I think of calling because it wastes time."

Maybe next time they should update their website as not to waste MY time. I cancelled my order and will never return.

This place has changed management and since it has it is HORRIBLE! The new owner is one of the rudest people I have ever come across. I had placed an order over the phone and wanted to pay cash for one and credit for the other. He had the nerve to say "i dont have time for this" he then put the phone down and had someone else take the call. After I complained to the driver, the driver apologized and said well hes a lot better then the last owner. ( I find that hard to believe) i decided to give them another chance and go in to place an order. He is just as much as rude in person as on the phone! He has no patience to run a place like this! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND MICHAELS BAGELS TO ANYONE AS ITS GONE DOWN HILL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
