I am currently on the phone with this store. I called asking to see if a specific item is in stock. The woman I spoke with didn't listen to what I asked for and after she put me on hold for a minute told me what they had, but nothing about what I wanted. After getting her to listen to the full name of what I wanted she told me to hold, no music just silence for close to 20 minutes.

This particular location normally doesn't let me down and stays relatively clean and organized. (A tough feat if you frequent another Michaels location). I normally go here for yarn and they keep a good selection of their own brand (Loops&Thread), along with Lion Brand.
*tip - check bottom bins for additional yarn that may not have been restocked if you can't find your color
