We tried to schedule an appointment for a fractured hand. They won't see you unless you have a MRI done and determine that a surgery is needed. The first woman was gonna give me an appointment after I told her we have an x-ray showing fractured wrist, after telling me the available day she put me on hold and another one came up telling me they can't give me the appointment unless we have an MRI....x-ray and two ER doctor's notes dictating the hand was fractured was not good enough. Wasting my time here.
