Michael Sands is an excellent therapist. He provided me with invaluable guidance during a period in which I was experiencing difficult and stressful work related issues. Importantly, I referred my college age son to him and he successfully helped my son overcome significant psychological stress. I am so very grateful for his excellent work.

Mike helped me through a temporary rough patch I had after being unexpectedly laid off. In addition to his clinical background, his experience in the corporate world was a huge plus. He thoroughly understood the specific challenges I was facing and had insights I probably would have never gotten had I gone to someone else. He brings humor, candidness and practical advice to all his work----I highly recommend him.

Over the years Michael Sands have helped me tremendously, he made me understand and deal with issues in the most practical and direct manner. His cognitive style always helped shed light on what needs to be done here and now, providing perspective and helpful advise on how to deal with serious life matters. Mike is an amazing therapist and life coach. Take your therapy sessions seriously and Michael Sands would be extremely helpful.
