The flowers for my mother's funeral were just beautiful. Everything was done exactly as I asked and more. Mom loved flowers and would have been very pleased. Thank you.

Wow, this place is the worst. I made an order today for an arrangement and paid extra for the upgrade to premium and they basically gave me a $30 arrangement for $85. I will never ever buy anything from this place again.

I ordered the arrangement "love medley" arrangement with the description:

The stylish bouquet features large red and pink roses accented with smaller spray roses in shades of red and pinks. Delicate green oregonia and pittosporum add a fresh contrast, and all comes arranged and delivered in our exclusive Mirrored Silver Cube vase.

What arrived was 18 large roses in a plain clear vase with some greens and baby's breath. When I called and asked them what was up the guy basically told that was the upgraded arrangement. I would not have paid $20 for the arrangement. There were no accent roses and it was so underwhelming that I can say with confidence that this is the worst flower purchase that I have ever made, and I have made a lot.

Do yourself a favor and do not order anything from these people, you will regret it and they will rip you off.

i have purchased from Michaels in the past. They do beautiful work. I had flowers delivered to my dads house so we could bring both bouquets to the maosolum for my mom. They came top the house 2 days before Easter, and on Easter when I got to see them, they were dead and wilting. They were brought directly to the cemetary on day they were received, after the gentlemen on the phone said it would be better to deliver on Saturday, so they would be fresh on Easter Sunday. His suggestion!!!.. I called today to let them know the condition of the flowers on Sunday and they were turning the story around by saying what were the condtion of the flowers when received. My dad is 79 years old and mourning my mom, the condition of the flowers were hardly on his mind, and my neice who placed them at the cemetary could care less about flowers or their condtion. I saw them on Sunday and they were AWFUL. The guy on the phone just looked for every excuse not to make good on the flowers. I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN, and I have recommended so many people to them in the past. For this they do NOT deserve one stary.

I use Michael's for orders in the Bloonfield area and the are always nice, friendly, and quick.
