Just did an exchange of bags here. The girls who greeted me were rude and not helpful. They refused to pay attention to what I was saying and to read the receipt.
I had not worn the bag I purchased because I noticed the stitches from the straps were starting to come apart. I know Michael Kors policy and know I am able to either return the bag or exchange it because I am within the time frame to do so. The workers there totally were not paying attention to this. However the manager came out and was very kind and helpful. He looked at the receipt and did the exchange without any hesitation. In addition to that he told the other girls that I was within my right of exchanging the bag. The bag had no signs of being worn. I forgot to ask for his name, but I would definitely go back there and get his direct help when I purchase my next Michael Kors bag.

I came in on a Monday the service was great but the receipt machine was down. So the cash wrap lead said she would email my Receipt to me. 2 hours later I have still not revived a receipt. I have called several times and they have still not given me a receipt. The in store service was amazing but I believe they need to be more helpful if a costumer has problem. .....I have yet to receive and email of my proof of purchase.
