I've been seeing Armani for three years and he is fantastic. Can't speak for the rest of this place, but I highly recommend Armani!

The best judge of any business is how they handle problem situations. Michael himself tonight fixed a major faux pas atop my 55-year-old head -- turning a brassy red highlight job that made me look like a kabuki doll or Ms. Frizzle into pure beauty with a full head of golden and bronze highlights. He literally executed almost a strand-by-strand fix with cotton swabs on each of the brassy red locks. Michael's own staff stood 'round, transfixed, as he made the fix, apologizing by his careful handiwork for the work of one of his own earlier this week. I blame myself for communicating poorly about the color I wanted in the first place. But when I complained several days after the first dye job, Michael took the reins himself and ensured I left tonight a happy client. This is a no-nonsense place with no-nonsense pricing. That said, I was served a delicious cup of green tea by Julia (I believe that's her name), and when Michael needed to turn to another client, a colleague blew out my hair. I applaud Michael for stepping up, not blaming the victim, and caring about me and my hair as much as anyone possibly could. Bravo! Grazie!

I went to michaels, i have curly hair. And they did a pretty bad job. They cut the back and front short & left tge middle long. Im so frustrated & i have no clue what to do with my hair but let it grow. I would not recommend them at all for a curly hair cut.

Great salon. Everyone is very nice and does their job very well.

I've been here a few times and while it's a great cut, I've found other places that are just as good but at half the price and half the time. Why is it that the nicer salons take forever to do something?

I've also had my hair done there for a special occasion and it was perfect!!
