Worst experience of my life! If you are someone who is used to upscale stylish cuts this is definitely not the place. Based on the rates and also the fact they are Aveda and Paul Mitchell representatives you would think it would be somewhat decent but that is definitely NOT the case. If you are someone who is basic and know nothing about hair then this is a place to go. Good luck.

Rosie did my hair, shes amazing. She gave me exactly what I was looking for, and made me feel very confident and comfortable. She gave me some highlights, she also trimmed my ends, and and blow out my hair. I loved her work and would recommend her and the salon to anyone. They are also very clean and have complementary drinks

This is the worse experience I ever had at a salon, after reading other reviews I know its a scam. I was sold the promotion and was promised a stylist that would know how to cut and style curly hair. Rocio the stylist never listened to a word I said, the color plus highlights was completely wrong and looked awful, she claimed she needed to cover my greys and made that statement out loud. She has no class and no clue. After explaining to her 4 times and showing her a picture she still didnt cut it right, its uneven and choppy, im so unhappy and disgusted. No one there seemed to care and made me feel like it was my fault. I was there for 5 hours. I called Elani and explained what happened she said she would comp me another package at better salon but never responded to my email after that.

I bought the promotion from the promotor Eleni and it was the best thing I have done for myself! I am so glad I got it because of the amazing experience. I had to pay a little extra for a blow dry but it was completely worth it. My hair stylist Roseo was amazing and friendly. Everyone else at the salon was also friendly. My manicure was perfect and I just want to say I enjoyed my experience and thank you! I would recommend this salon to anyone!
