Okay, this place is tremendous. My girl and I went there and right off the bat, the atmosphere and setting were perfect. Nice. Quiet. Romantic. Great staff. Then we ordered. I had the Pollo Zingara and the Portobello Asparagus. Both were OUT OF THIS WORLD!!! So flavorful and delicious. My girl had the Pollo Brace and she loved it. Afterwards, the chef, not the waiter, but the chef came over to our table to introduce himself and ask how the meal was. Very classy move. We then had the desert of the day which was homemade FRESH zeppolis topped with powdered sugar, vanilla ice cream, and a delicious rasberry sauce. HEAVEN!! Absolute heaven. Can't recommend this place enough. And I can't wait to go back and try some of the other items on the menu.

These guys are a bunch of fools.... We order from here every few weeks, so we are used to it taking double the amount they promise you. Problem number 1, but I can live with it...

This time, after nearly 2 hours (despite a 45 min commitment), the food came.. Keep in mind, the deliver guy called me 7 times on the way because he was lost. His job literally requires him to figure one thing out, but he could not. in fact, he told me that my address doesn't come up in the navigation.. he must have a very very unique navigation.

Anyway long story short, I called the place after realizing THEY FORGOT SOMETHING, and the food was cold. I spoke with the owner who replied to the 2 hour delay with "i made the food when the order came in" - Most unprofessional owner ever. He yelled at me, and made it sound like I was crazy for being bothered that after 2 hours, half my food was missing. They did everything wrong, gave me an attitude and told me to dispute the charge.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE - BUNCH OF RUDE, RUDE, RUDE PEOPLE WHO COULD CARE LESS ABOUT CUSTOMERS.

the baked clams are the best in queens, the pastas are awesome, chicken and steak are awesome, they have the best garlic mash in town with decent prices for top quality food. we order form here once a week at least, its that good. try the picachio bread as well

They make OK pizza, though many in the neighborhood swear by it. Personally I can't get past their two-tiered pricing. It's like being back in Rome. If you order to go its one price. if you sit down for table service, the price for the exact same item immediately increases (plus tip of course). Not sure about the legality of this practice here in NYC, but at the very least it should be disclosed as soon as you enter the restaurant i obvious and visible fashion. As a result I can't in good conscience recommend this place.
