Mia Yoga

My daughter goes to Mia yoga and I have only great things to say about it. The instructor, Carissa, is an awesome yoga teacher and a shining star in my daughter's life. The class sizes are small and the price is affordable. The new location at d.fit is great- easy parking and comfortable atmosphere. We are so happy to be a part of the Mia Yoga family!
