Mg Construction

The boss of MG Construction is racist, I spoke to him and he make it clear to me that he dont like being around black people...he like spanish people cause he want to treat them how he wants...thats how i see it. I know someone who worked with him and at the end of the forthnight, he didnt even pay.him (I think cause he is black ) the guy had to keep asking him for his money and still he didnt even give him his money until tuesday of the other week. He is ridiculous and also he dont want to pay black guys their money cause when the money is not enough, a black man will ask for his money and the spanish guys working with him dont even open theirs mouths. MG CONSTRUCTIONS IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER...AND THEY WORK VERY DIRTY AND MESSY...THE BOSS HAVE NO COMMON SENSE IN HIS HEAD AND HE IS THEY TYPE THAT WANTS YOU TO GO TO WORK EARLY AND LEAVE LATE BUT HE DONT PAY FOR OVER TIME AND HE DONT PAY EXTRA ON WEEKENDS EITHER.. FYI..I USE TO WORK WITH HIM TOO
