I know it's weird but I REALLY like this place and have been eating here for like ten years. It's basically a high end Taco Bell with great very spicy salsa. It just hits a spot that none of the other Tex mex places around do and while it's certainly not authentic, sometimes you need Taco Bell.

I would avoid this place as there are more then a few good Mexican restaurants in the area.
I'v tried this place on no fewer then 3 occasions mostly due to my friends already being there.
The food is bland.
The service sucks for the most part.
The drinks are syrupy and blah (sometimes strong).
Save your money.....

Been coming here for years, and while the decor isn't there, everything else has been. They are genuinely just above mediocre, but after reading some of these reviews (typical park slopers with a stick up their...), I'm giving them 5 stars just to push back the 1 star reviews that clearly list merely a less than perfect experience.
Don't expect much, it's like a dive and a Mexican restaurant had a love child. Not for everyone but you can get your fill, a decent margarita, and have fun.
