I was very pleased with Milo's introductory approach as well as his work. I was also very pleased with his polite mannerism, as he explained what he was going to do and approximately how long it would take. Upon completion, I examined his work area, and found it spotless.

Meyer And Depew did a good job with scheduling my furnace maintenance. The technician, Milosz, did a a very thorough maintenance checkup and was comfortable and confident in his knowledge despite my hovering and asking questions. Milosz was pleasant and easy going as well as neat, cleaning up any water spills etc.
The only points that I really felt they could have done better on would have been:
1. If they had called a few minutes before their arrival on my doorstep
2. Milosz should have wrapped my dirty air filter in a plastic bag after removing it.
Other than that it was a pleasant interaction overall.

Jimmy arrived on time for my appointment. He serviced my HVAC system efficiently and productively. I am very pleased with his professional manner as well as his responding to questions that I had about seasonal upkeep.

The experience was wonderful. Michael was a paradigm of patience with my many questions and comments. He was very knowledgeable and courteous and I was very satisfied with the service received. I was not thrilled with his assessment of my dehumidifier - it has to be replaced (not his fault) - but at least I have an honest answer and that is all I wanted. He was also prompt (7:30 am) which is great - I hate waiting around all day for technicians who never come. I am also very pleased with the young lady (Lauren) who took my calls - she was also great. Nice company and super-nice people. I would highly recommend them.
