Irresponsible! Car never came. The dispatcher wouldnt pick up my calls. 5 star car service is way better!!

I hate this car service. I absolutely loathe itthe night shift dispatcher should be fired, he doesn't know how to do his stupid job. I've worked in customer service for 5 years so I know the do's and don'ts of working there. The dispatcher was extremely rude and he even hung up on me! I called at 3:41 AM and he told me it would take 20 minutes. I waited and I called again, this time he said 7 minutes. And then I kept calling him every 5 minutes until 4:40. He kept saying 3 minutes. The last time I called him he hung up on me. That was it, I couldn't take it anymore so I had to wait another 20 minutes for the bus since they don't pass that often at night. My mom is extremely sick and I can't believe I made her ride the bus at 5 AM. If I wanted to take the bus I wouldn't have called in the first place! Never using this car service again! It is a joke! My brother called me when I was home that there was a guy honking his horn. Unbelieveable. The dispatcher hung up on me so he should've told the driver not to come anymore, I assumed he didn't send him still. I feel bad for the drivers for having irresponsible dispatchers.

Used twice while in NYC. Excellent service. Arrived early. Very professional and friendly. Took my son to hotel and waited for my daughter and I to check out, then took us to two different airports. Very reasonable prices. Would definitely use again. Recommend without reservation.

Stayed overnight in B'klyn for the first time. Had an early flight to catch next morning at dawn since my wife had to get to work right after she landed. Picked Mex Express from a list in Google. Called them the night before & requested the dispatch to send a cab at 4:45 AM the next day.

They were EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL. The cab was waiting at our doorstep at 4:35 AM while I was still bringing down our luggage! The cab was new & impeccably clean, the driver was very conversational & helpful.

I called 3 other cab companies the night before but all of their prices where $10 more than Mex Express' price! I'm certainly using their car service next time I'm in town!
