Worst phone company ever,you sign a contract ,being told it's to prevent price increases and your bill goes up and up higher every month.Then they will not let you out of your contract when the time is up.Do not use them,spent HOURS disputing contract terms with them.Never dealing with these ignorant people. They even are nasty on the phone.Disgusted

HORRIBLE company!! They tell you that your bill will be one thing & then you get the bill & its tripled!! I tried to cancel after suffering with them for 10 years & now they want to charge me for a year of service I'm not using!!! DO NOT USE!!! TERRIBLE!!!

Worst telephone company in the world! They can shut your services off at the drop of a hat but it takes 3-5 business days to get it put back on! Oh they say they sent me notifications of my past due bills yet I never received them. Wait don't they have my email address where they email me my bills? Yet when they don't know what's going on they just randomly call, don't ask to speak to the person in charge, no email, no nothing, and then just shut it off! What happened to emailing me since you control the phones any way! Horrible service. I will be cancelling my services and going to AT&T!
