Metropolitan Window Fashions

I like using vendors in my neighborhood so popped in one day to inquire about changing window treatment. The sales personnel in the store were welcoming and understood my needs; we made an appointment for one of their decorators to do a site visit, take measurements and place the order. It was painless and within a few weeks, the order was delivered, installed and the customer is happy.

From ordering to installation the attention I received was terrific. I will recommend Metropolitan to my friend.

One day I entered into the shop where I met the most nice, charming lady,
Yvonne. Thanks to her qualities, I made very quick, the decision to be with
Window Fashions, although I had in mind other address.!!
Mrs Yvonne organized me very well, and that was the time when I met another
nice and professional lady, Janet Webster! She knew how to advise. me for
the best. And. Finally PABLO, serious, precise, good manners who installed
today my blinds!! He made a very good, clean job!

COLLABORATORS

And at the end I want to say that SANDY and CYNTHIA have been very
helpful. Without any hesitation I GIVE TO ALL OF THEM. 10!!!!!

After waiting three months for a small upholstery job to be completed, I was told that they had "dropped the ball" and done nothing with my order. They did offer to come in the next day and measure....again. Getting a refund was no joy either. A second associate in the shop admitted that "yes, sometimes we drop the ball." I expected people who were so experienced in dropping balls would be more familiar with the refund process. Still waiting for a real apology from the designer. But that may take three months too.
