Went here several times over the years no problem, last time i went, about a year and a half ago, i asked for replacement glasses for a pair that had broken. They said ok, and that theyd call me. at least 2 months passed, i called them, they said they were still in the mail. another 2 months passed, i called them again, they insisted they were still in the mail. Eventually i did get my glasses there, but i never went back. Obviously they never ordered them until the last time i asked. The whole ordeal took at least 4 months.
Their business practices may be subpar, but that doesnt mean theyre bad people.
