Get all of my Scott's weed and feed there. Been going there for many lawn care products and they always seem to have what you need. Great stock.

Though it is beautiful and enchanting especially at Christmas time, I keep buying plants there that quickly die. And they will not give money back at all. In fact, they are very rude about it. I have plants for years that I have gotten at other places. Every July I buy huge hanging Pothos which are supposed to be the easiest plants to keep. Within months they are dead, and all the other plants I spent a fortune on are dead as well. Its almost like they do something to them to make them die! More turnover. I get the plants elsewhere? No dead plants. This has happened for years that I assumed it was my gardening skills, it's not. It's the beautiful plants you get there THAT DIE! The pots they put them in don't drain properly, they are root bound and they die. No more wasting money on them from there. And if you have the audacity to complain? You get HUGE NASTY attitude that I for one can live without.

Just called the West Orange location this morning to try to schedule a meeting with their event planner to possibly hire them to do the flowers for our daughter's upcoming Bat Mitzvah luncheon. First spoke to a young woman with very poor customer service phone skills, bordering on rude. As I tried to explain the reason for my call, she interrupted me to forward my call to a slightly more pleasant woman.
To make the story short, this company does all their event floral arrangements at their Saddlebrook location, and it is not possible to meet with anyone at the West Orange location to see their portfolios and to allow them the chance to win my business. It boggles my mind that in this economy they would tell a relatively large potential customer that they have to travel to Saddlebrook in order to hire a business for an event to be held at The Manor, which is in West Orange!

I ordered poinsettias from here for a company Holiday party back in December. There was a choice to get 4 blooms for around $7 and 6 blooms for more of an expense. I chose to get the larger one to impress clients and business associates and allow them to take them home at the end of the night. They were delivered to the catering hall without a problem BUT they were so SMALL. Some only had 2-3 blooms. Also, they were so poorly treated that half of them were dying or dead. I would never order plants from here again. I sent my business associates home with dead plants!!!

Hope she's a seasonal hire. Very rude girl. After throwing a billion options of what kind of flowers I can buy for a bouquet, I took all but 7 seconds(?) and told her what I wanted and she turned around, sighed loudly, threw her hands up in the air, rolled her eyes and muttered loudly. (I could still see her face as I was at a certain angle behind her)
Not sure why she was like that, esp. when there were no other customers in the store but I'm noticing that teenagers/young adults are just generally getting more rude, impatient and spoiled.
