Used to park here a lot last year, beginning of 2015. The guy that used to be there was friendly and kind and the rate was not bad. Told me Rate was all day till 7pm. Went back a few times ending of the year and it was a different guy. Not friendly at all and seems like he is always annoyed. I asked him about the morning rate and he tells me kinda annoyed, well what time are you picking up? I tell him around 530 and he proceeds to tell me, the special is up until 530. I say okay. Didn't think any of it. Next week I park again and same attitude. He asks me what time and this time I tell him around 5pm. When I go to pick up my car and pay, the guy charges me 14 dollars more than what I've been paying. Tells me I was 12 mins late picking up my car. I got there at 512pm instead of 5 on the dot. I had told them 5pm and the special was until 5pm. Wtf!!! Now I was annoyed and said I would not be using their services anymore. Very sneaky! Go somewhere else or give them a later time then what your real pick up time will be.
