Terrible terrible terrible!! I make early appointments for a reason! So I don't have to spend the entire day here and every time I come the wait is literally more than 2 hours! It's ridiculous!! The workers at slow! Everybody in here is slow in every department! I came at 7:30am to get my wisdom teeth removed and didn't see a doctor until 10:30am! Smh it's BEYOND unprofessional in here! If you can go somewhere else for a dentist because this place is NOT GOOD! It's TERRIBLE!!!!!!

The absolute WORST dental experience I have ever had. First, the place is old and dirty. Horrible customer service and super shady dental practices. They provide unnecessary services (x-rays every time) and tell you that you have cavities, even when you don't. Scam artists.

My mom was referred here for an extraction by her Dentist. Upon our arrival, there was one receptionist at the desk to service a continuous influx of patients until 11am. At this time someone came to assist her. The waiting area had limited seating; patients were instructed to seat in the area next door. It's now 12:01pm and my mother has not been seen. Why are we still here? She wants to wait. Worse experience I've every had. Deserves no stars, by site wouldn't let me post without rating a star.

If I could give no stars, I would with no hesitation. My girlfriend was sent here from her regular dental office to have two wisdom teeth extracted under general anaesthesia. She left with the wrong two wisdom teeth taken our with only a local block for numbing.( I'm a veterinary assistant and was an EMT, so I have been behind the scenes for medical care, so I really tried to sympathize for the staff at first.)

We arrived for her 1:30 appointment about fifteen minutes early. Given paperwork and shuffled off to an adjoining office to sit because the dental surgery reception area was standing room only. Ok, no biggie, we were patient. Took over an hour to finally be called for her to have radiographs. When we walked with the assistant, she disappeared ahead of us, leaving us to stand there wondering where she went. She pops out and rudely motions to us. I take my girlfriend's belongings while she is being set up and stand out of the way in the hallway. The tech pulls the radiography button that is attached to a long cord through the hallway, bumps into me, rudely says excuse me, and continues to take the radiographs. Mind you, the tech is using the cord as a guide to how far she needs to be away from the room so she's not exposed to xrays herself, but makes no attempt to stop any of the other clients walking past the doorway or myself. Great.

After returning to our seats, I notice my girlfriend is breaking out in a rash on her chin and face. Of course this office totally skipped over the list of known allergies we just filled out that day, including latex. Seems like the tech wore latex gloves and I am thinking the guards on the chin piece on the xray machine probably has latex as well. This is when I go online and read all these horrible reviews of this nightmare place where dreams die and teeth are stolen.

Hours later, after repeatedly asking about when we were being seen, my girlfriend is called in just as I was having to leave in order to get our kids from after-school at 5:30. Remember, 1:30 appt. Horrible. I leave and return off the subway to texts from her about the techs saying she has to pay $250 for anaesthesia and that the Dr might not do extractions today. Eventually the Dr said he would do a local block to numb the area only, which wasn't the plan the original dentist wanted due to my girlfriend's anxiety over the procedure. But she toughed it out, by herself, even though I had taken the day off from work to support her.

Still gets worse. Sadly. The tech got the prescription for antibiotics ready. Of course it's the one type that my girlfriend is severely allergic to. Apparently, the Dr screamed at his nurse that she was fired about this.

This place is awful. The staff are rude and seem to be lazy. They argue amongst themselves and offer no consolation about being behind or late with appointments. Please find another place if you can, at all costs. We are never returning and I am warning everyone I know about this facility.

This place has gone downhill over the last few years. It used to be well managed. Now things have changed for the worse. Worst customer service. The staff is rude. I went for a wisdom tooth extraction two months ago for a 9am appointment. Was not seen until after 2pm. That is because they only have one surgeon. I needed to be put to sleep. There was an old bag of saline hanging, they proceeded to use that old bag of saline on me. I stopped them of course and made them change the line as they should not share lines and saline bags between patients. They do not properly teach patients about their procedure. Everything is a rush you in and out mentality. Now apparently I have bill I have been trying to pay, I call them to try and make payment and they just keep putting me on hold. I guess they don't need their money. Stay away from this place. I will never go back to them again for anything.
