Today I walked in there with many questions and without enough information of my own plan to make a smooth switch from being under someone else's plan. Mahmoud answered all of my questions and he was very patient and helpful. And I got a great deal on a new Samsung phone. I highly recommend this location for the courteous, professional and kind treatment I received today. Thank you so much!

Terrible people to deal with. Mahmoud will lie to get you to get your money but will say he explained everything. He is also the one that went in to Google when I got this phone and gave the store a 5 star rating on his own. I am now changing the rating. This store should be shut down forever. They dont deserve any business at all. Mahmoud is the reason I am switching companies now.....

Thank you for your feedback but there are a couple issues I would like to address.
1 Metro pcs does not sell refurbished phones, 2. when we tried to replace the phone we could not because your husband fraudulently used the upgrade on his line and switched it to yours resulting in an error in our system. That was not our fault he tried to defraud our system.3. We had no choice but to call the police because of the fraudulent activity. I'm sorry you feel the need to post false/incomplete reviews but we strive for excellence in customer satisfaction and are still here to assist you with any questions/concerns. Have a great day.

Horrible service .they sold my husband a refurbished phone that stopped working completely after 6 days when my husband returned the phone they sead they would have a new phone for us the following day then two days later still no phone and they insisted that my husband pay an additional $100 for the phone my husband sead no thank u I would like my money back they refused to give us a phone refused to give us our money back and even had the nerve to call the police...after that my husband called the metro company directly ND they sent me a brand new phone because we had insurance on it we only had to pay for shipping.. plus I had to put a high security password on my account because they we're so mad they tampered and made changes to my services even disconnected my phone with out my approval plz don't waist ur time or money in this store... They are very dishonest immature rude people...they should be ashamed of themselves and they should be shut down

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE EVER!!!!! The guys that work for this store do a lot of side shady business and tell customers that they will fix your phone and 3 days later tell you its in another city and still don't have an update. They refuse to disclose any info about what they do or how they will fix your phone. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE! They claim to work through Metro PCS but they do everything on the outside of the store. DO NOT BE A VICTUM OF THIS PEOPLE!!!
