Amazing customer service.I went there with a problem what caused by an authorized dealer.They fixed the paperwork issue within minutes, also were very helpful with my phone settings too.Great store, great crue!

customer service is sucks, today i went there to exchange my phone with the same phone samsung galaxy mega because i have warranty on the phone and there was a little damage scratch and little crack on a base of the phone and screen missed up a little bit. customer service agent said scratch and crack is within limits and screen for now looks fine for 2 minutes inspection she figured that, and half an hour later i went another agent and she told me completely different story i have to call samsung for that, this is interesting part.
i pay metropcs for warranty and why i have to call samsung. i have full plan coverage and i am paying highest price and i am three years customer of metropcs . after this action i went flatbush office of metropcs, and they change wright away best customer service they have. and also i pay 30 bucks to change the phone.
customer serivce representative on 611 when i call they told me i have to pay 110 dollars or 125 to exchange with the same phone. metropcs is sucks at&t verizon and some other company is better then this and i will switch them in 1 week.
