We all know that all stores have a reference number which needs to be provided when formally filing a complaint. I could say a million things about this place, unpleasant ones if you might ask. First and foremost I was referred by corporate to the store where I was supposed to purchase a sim card for no more than 10 + tax. Anyway, as per Corporate I took a walk to the place where I'm welcome best by the guy who is opening the door, probably making less than minimum but I'm not judging. Anyway, I ask for the sim card and give them all the 411 on the situation. So the non-English speaking woman tells me, no, demands that I speak to her in Spanish because her dumbass can't speak English. Not only that but her pessimistic, negative, unprofessional, rude behavior towards people is uncalled for. Even after telling here that my Spanish was limited she continued to insist that I speak to her in Spanish otherwise i will no be serviced. Really, asides from them trying to completely rip me off at 25+ dollars per sim card now I'm subjected to speaking Spanish just because the store owner, whomever he/she might be can't hire a bilingual person. If this is your way of trying to attract new clientele, let me tell you, you might as well close down. Come on man, is this for real? Is this how you treat people. Yeah, this is not the end of it because just as Latinos cry when they are condescended upon I also felt disrespected. We live in a country where on a daily basis I can't say a word in Spanish to my clients without being judged and now I'm subjected to this behavior? Very unpleasant. Yes, I do work at an office and I'm very good at my job and just because i was dressed the way i was dressed does not entitle you "people" to act this way. And I say "you people" in reference to your business ethic which is zero. I rate you at the worst of all and will pursue my case with a formal complaint against you as vendors.
You suck,
SIncerely,
Displeased Costumer.
