bought and iPhone 5 , when I checked the box with headphones and charger I realized they were FAKE, after asking a professional I went the next day to complain they were rude and accused me of taking the headphones but later on they did give me the real Apple charger and headphones. NO COMPREN AQUI EVITENSE EL ESTRES Y CHECKEN SIEMPRE QUE TODO EL MATERIAL SEA ORIGINAL.

BE AWARE OF SCAM. The phones doesn't have the prices on it so you don't know what you paying for. I went to buy a phone, they didn't have the one i was looking for so they offered me an AT&T phone. How is that even possible to sell AT&T phones in a Metro pcs store?

The postings about overcharging here are true. We had to get a phone for my wife's work, and they charged us $50 above market rate. Shame on us for paying. Then the "tax" added $100 even -- no cents or anything. I should have been more suspicious. Never will go there again.

THEY ARE THE WORSE!!! They kept offering me a package which included a case, screen protector and a one year warranty for $30. We kept declining the offer and they kept insisting that we should buy the package. Keep in mind that it was supposed to be $149 and they over charged us giving it to us for $190. We told them that we didn't want it and why did it come to a total of $199. The explanation they gave us was that its the tax which didn't make sense and they also told us no we wont give you back your money. Later on they changed the story saying that it was an activation fee. They tried to sugar coat it by saying "because you didn't know that we charged you more I will give you a "FREE" case, screen protector, and a one year warranty." We weren't the only one with an issue because their was a woman arguing about her rebate and told them that they lied to her. I find this as the most repulsive MetroPCS I have ever been in. NEVER GOING BACK THERE AGAIN!!!

I went into the store to buy a new phone. I told the girl at the desk that I needed a phone with a lot of memory (my current phone has 16gb). She offered me a phone with 11gb. I politely repeated the need for a large memory and told her I wanted a screen no bigger than my current one. She had already pulled up my account and then offered me the 11gb again. She told me it was only $100. I said that since I was on disability, I didn't have much to spend and had bought my current phone (Samsung Galaxy Avant) for around $50. At this point, an older man came over and told me that they could order me the phone I currently had, at around $50, but it would take 3 days. The girl tried a third time to interest me in the $100 phone with less memory than my current phone. I thanked them and left with no new phone.
