I brought in an "older" phone (Galaxy S3) and they refused to connect it, stating it takes an older style sim card and they no longer service it. They weren't willing to try a sim card in the phone, to show it wouldn't work, so I believe they where lying.
They offered no other service, nor did they refer me to their phones (I would have purchased one). Other phone providers/dealers I have been through (Verizon, Straight talk, AT&T) have always at least tried to solve the issue, or offered another product.
I was also informed that Metro PCS is not associated with T-Mobile (Lie).
*They don't even deserve the 1 star I gave.
