Ok. As a small business owner when you have someone that is working for you in your shop you do not want them to have there friends there hanging out. The person name mitchell left a really bad sour taste and i feel for the owner of the store because you can lose alot of business. I went in and ask about the $30 plan which comes with a free lg leon phone. I was ask what provider do i have. I was also told to get my account number and pin. So i told Mitchell that i will be right back. She then said hurry back because i close the shop at 5:40pm which online it say the shop closes at 6pm on monday which was 10-12-2015. The time that i left was 3:45pm. I then came back and it was 4:23pm, as i was going back, i see Mitchell and her friend leaving the store and locking the doors she then said she was hungry and she will be back. I then stress to her that i need to get a phone because i run a small business which i need to do the switch asap , she then look at her friend and open up the door. I told her i was interested in the lg leon with the $30 plan she said if i give you the phone you have to pay $60 for the first month which was a lie and she was extremely rude. I was not interested anymore i then contacted the corp store which is on third avenue in the bronx and i was told that i can get the $30 plan with the lg leon phone and i xan go to any of there retailers. I will never go back to this location and i feel that it is sad for the business owner to have people that work for him and not represent him and the company well. I really think she should be fire. Remember no matter what level you are, success starts with your attitude. People are always watching and you never know. SMH

ive been to multiple metros in the Elizabeth (union county area) an i have to say this customer service has been so helpful before i came here i almost switched phone companies until they informed me with some valuable information and i saved a bunch of money .they also have really cool accessories and as mentioned before great deals.
