Have been to this store twice and both times the only person working here was rude and had horrible customer service. The prices of phones are way higher than the website and so is the cost of a plan. Save yourself some aggravation and go to another store or order online, the prices and customer service will be much better. Called another store and was offered a better deal than the website and they actually answered my questions without attitude, it was amazing.

do not call because no one will pick up. thay do not pay people to help over the phone i think.. and if you go to this store and some other then you is in there just walk out because you will be there untill the end of time. also do not pay your bill online because thay take you $$ and your phone will be on for 2 days and then tern off for non payment , this happend 2me 3times , my bill is do on the 21st of the mounth i payed on the 23rd and had a phone untill the 28th then my phone was ternd off for non payment. not saying this is all the metro stors but the page ave store is a joke .. i live on page and i go NJ or to newdorp wen i have to go to the store as i sead metro on page is a JOKE.
