very friendly young woman. very confident and knowledgeable, my phone really went haywire today , NOTHING works, my contacts disappeared, cant get or make calls, it says I have no sim card yet I do, and have always had it . I cant use my phone in any way.so after of hours of thinking I could fix it based on internet info from my laptop, I gave in and called the store. The man who answered was very nice and said just bring it in and he will fix it. I'm going to leave another review tomorrow and let you know what actually happens when I get there. I'm believing for the best. let you know. four stars so far......

Girl had no idea about plans or data i.e. gigabytes or costs, had to ask everything from her partner. I ended up going from a 50$ plan to 80$ with a 15$ activation and a 15$ Sim card fee, and they said unlimited amount of data when I specifically asked how much high speed, only for me to find out that I get only 2.5gbs. Might as well stay with T-Mobile. Same plans way better service, and only 10$ a month more. Even the activation fees are cheaper. Or use a different metro PCs/register online

I went in june 10 to reactivate my accout, was told I would have to pay $81 in total to have my service back on.($60 unlimited + $15 activation fee + $5 insurance + $3 service fee. I find out the next day my service was interrupted cause I still owned a balance of $5, for unpaid insurance. the salesmen only credited my account $63.($60 + $3 service fee) come to find out from MetroPCS customer service they don't have a activation/reactivation fee. So when I called the store the salesmen said "oh its its a device chance fee...." there was no device change, it was the same phone from the same previous account. So because there no paper trail of what he did metro pcs can't and/or won't do anything about this :/

I purchased two phones (LG Motion 4G and Huawei Pinnacle 2) on sale. When my wife refused to use the huawei pinnacle 2 even though it is just a backup phone, I decided to return the phone and upgrade it.
I was told by the sales person any phone can be returned withing seven days provided it was used for no more than one hour. my wife didnt used the phone at all so I figured there would be problem. as I said I purchased the phone at 3.59pm. on sunday 1/27/2013. the next Sunday when I went to upgrade the second phone [ the Pinnacle 2]
the sales person said that a week had passed, and he counted the time passed as 8 days not seven . then we asked to speak to the manager but they said it was not possible which does not make any sense since I would then be forced to cancel the plan : it seems they just tell you a week, but if you bring it back within a week they already got their follow up act ready to play the 8 days out of seven week period.. will continue.........
