Absolutely terrible. The store manager was rude, shady, and stupidly difficult to speak with. I was told that since the case that came with my phone purchase was out of stock, they told me to come back and try again later. After three different attempts, they finally had more! Enter the store manager. He refused to give me the case, insisting that his employee "was not clear enough" and had made a mistake by giving me another item that I did not want- which he refused to even try and fix! I had to argue to just exchange the unopened "mistake" speaker I was given. I will never be going to this location again and neither should you! They more than double the price of your phone at purchase due to fees like *upgrade* and *transfer* that are completely ridiculous. They do not care about returning customers. An extremely shady place. It is making me rethink using Metro at all.

Very rude, abusive and discusting .Do not buy anything there. Because they will say it is your problem so evething!!!! One star is too much for them anyway
