On 12/30/13, on my 1/2 hr lunch brake, I went to replace my broken cellular with the new Galaxy Mega 6.3. It is reduced to $399 with instant $100 rebate. For new customer, an extra $50 off. The young woman behind the counter, called Summer, was abrupt from the beginning. When I asked to see the box with the new phone, she rolled her eyes, seemed bothered and impatient. No other customers in store. When she gave me the bill, it was over $570, including a $20 case! I made her look at the Metro Pcs site, where that particular phone is advertised for $399! She told "internet lies" (!) I left. I called Metro Pcs headquarters, & several other stores. The lower price was confirmed!. The woman at the next cash register, who also put the code in order that "Summer" open the register, (manager?), just looked and said nothing.

On 12/31/2013, I called same store to place a complain. The manager, Lara, was very polite & told new phones will be available in 2 hrs & offered to call me when available. I was determine to have a phone for the New Year.Salesperson Selina was very courteous. My 2nd visit was excellent! I would give 5 stars if I could write a new review. I could only "edit" this one. One bad apple can ruin the image. Too bad....
