If you ever in the QUEENS area and you have metropcs you have to visit this store the gentlemen working here are AMAZING. They upgraded me to a new device in less then 10 minutes and put my contacts and pictures on the new device.

Great Customer service guy helped with me with an upgrade and lowered my bill too!

My experience with their repair service is comically bad. Like, if I had seen my story on a reality TV show about messing with customers I would have been like "that's sad but funny at the same time."

I came to them with an iPod with a shattered screen. They took my deposit and told me to expect the part in five business days. A month later I had heard nothing, so I went in, only to find they had accidentally given my part to another customer and forgotten all about me.

A few days went by, and when the part finally arrived the repairman said at 2pm that the service will be finished by the end of the day. When I came back right before closing time at 9pm, I was told that the repair wasn't ready because they "had a lot of customers"that day and that I should come back the next day.

When I came back the next day and was told that the part they ordered was defective and that it would be another week before another one arrived.

Finally a week later I got a call that the device was ready. I went eager to finally have the whole episode behind me, and was given an iPod with a broken home screen. When I asked the man to fix it he muttered something about glue and gave it back to me in five minutes in the same working condition. Since then the button has completely stopped working, and the device is basically unusable because I can't switch between apps.

I was promised a week's worth of wait, after almost two months of screwups I got back a broken device. At least before I came to these people my iPod was usable. Now my music player and internet browsing device is forever stuck on the clock.
