Very unprofessional and untrained, both staff and management. Ended up losing money and not getting a phone because the girl, Julie made an error while doing smart pay with us and asked for help numerous times from other staff. After two hours waiting, mother was highly upset and became more upset when the smart pay customer service rep informed her that I would be losing 10 dollars as a "convenience fee" and have to wait 5 days for my refund. When she asked to speak to the store manager, he rudely pointed his fingers in her face and said I'm not talking to you, I'm talking to her (employee) which resulted in a full blown argument between them.
Mother also ordered a phone that was meant for delivery a few days later, one of the cashier's engaged her in a manner of "I remember you and you're not going to talk to me no way, I'll see you outside." Later that same day, she came back and a friend's daughter overhead Julie (cashier 11) inform the security guard to "watch that lady because she steals."
When talking about the experience with coworkers, they immediately asked me if it was the Indian guy who wears sweaters(the manager)? I said yes and they instantly warned me not to buy from them because they are terrible with dealing with customers.
Please be weary of them and make sure you have an EXPERIENCED sales rep to avoid losing money.
