I repeat Jasmin Gautier's comments...."Put a number that actually connects to a damn person." Automated system is helpful, yes, but I had to wait over 11 minutes to get cus.serv rep. "Automated system alternative # should be posted + an approx wait time will probably happen should be stated so we know we'll be hanging on hold for "God knows how long?"

They suck because they take back the metro card they were going give because I found my original one and the speed sucks ass

The speed and quality of the service at this center was excellent the two times I was there. Miraculously, I found it by going the the address that it is located at. Come on Mr Matta, use Google Maps or look at a map. Can't be that hard.
