Doctor J. Santiago spent time speaking with me about my concerns and then examined me. He prescribed medication electronically making it easier for pickup.

I called the office 10 mins ago letting the receptionist know I am bringing my 10 yr old and 14 month old due to a cold. Receptionist replied ok, not even 5 mins later the receptionist called and said they are closing the office. What kind of medical office is this??? The hours today are supposed to be 9am till 5pm.
