The negative reviews really surprise me. I've been working with Lance on a peculiar, hard-to-diagnose hip injury. What could have been awkward -- young male trying to examine butt of middle-aged woman -- was not. Unlike the service at many other PT places, Lance is with me the entire 40 minutes and often goes beyond. He printed out exercises for me to do at home, escorted me out to the stairs so I could demo the problems I experience up close and is very thorough. Every session starts with heat, continues with exercises and diagnosis, ends with ice. The office staff did a superb job tracking down the minute details of my insurance coverage and they print out all appointments I schedule in advance. And I get text reminders. My appointments start and end on-time. Great therapists who are well-trained, thoughtful and careful.

I write this review to send "kudos" to Fady Khalil and Regina Abalos for the physical therapy sessions I experienced in June and July, 2015 after hip replacement surgery at the Hospital for Special Surgery in May. Personality, explanations and their knowledge of human anatomy made each session positive and rewarding for me. I have made great progress towards my wellness goals.

Friendly and Professional Staff. They have different types of approaches for people suffering from the hand.
