The Receptionists had nasty attitude, very unprofessional, and need to learn some manners in dealing with patients. Will get my prescription renewed and look for another office.
I printed my schedule but the doctor does not know about it. So I just spent time and this office left.
Not going back there!!!

Great place, receptionist called every time the day before an appointment as a reminder. Therapists there were attentive, answered all my questions. Got a fast recovery!

I do not know how good doctors are at this place, never made it past the front desk, because my referral/prescription apparently was too old. However, receptionist had nasty attitude, very unprofessional, and need to learn some manners in dealing with patients. Will get my prescription renewed and look for another office. Not going back there for sure...

This outfit hires physical therapists who are assigned several patients. In three visits I was attended to briefly. I was expected to memorize the correct form for several exercises shown only one time. I had to hunt down my therapist to ask for corrections of the forms.
On my third visit I spent about a total of 15 minutes with the therapist. I waited 20 minutes after doing exercises to get the ice pack that completes the therapy. Unlike certain other places I've been to there is no print out of the exercises.
This is "fast-food" therapy of mediocre quality and it is the management that is to blame, not the therapists for hire.
