My mother’s departure from this property has been an absolute nightmare. This has got to be the most unprofessional and incompetent company ever. We’ve been lied to, phone calls and emails have not been returned and the story has changed several times. It went from she’ll get her share money after the 3 month period to she has to wait an additional 30 days after the new tenant has been occupying the apartment before the paper work can be filed. It’s been 6 months. Stay away from these properties. I agree with the other poster. A zero should be on the rating scale.
