I have just had my central air repaired .
I called them and they responed very quickly.
They did a great job and I will definatly use them again.

Professional and Polite. Offered good advice and tips for future service. I signed up for the service plan, and I hope to see Metro Air Conditioning and Heating again.

Worst company EVER!! They will scam you blind. Not only did they claim that my company needed repairs to the commercial A/C unit - that were untrue; my super had to redo the damage they caused during their "maintenance", and they charged well over $500. We paid, the unit broke few hours later, they refused to come back, refused to pick up the phone. We have now disputed the charges, and they keep running the credit card again and again. I think contacting a lawyer will be a next step. I highly recommend you stay away from Metro A/C.
