They are crooks. There are two partners where David Fung working under Metal & Glass Solutions, Metal & Glass Solutions Putnam LLC, Metal & Glass Solutions & Associates Inc, Metal Glass Solutions. They never honored there contract agreement signed 7/22/2014. They received and cashed the deposit check for $35,000 and have since went into hiding. Staff at the facility have stated that they no nothing about the job and that Mr. David Fung is bankrupt operating the business fraudulently. Staff members have informed that David Fung owes money to employees, & vendors throughout Brooklyn NY. They are attempting to relocate there facility to 15 Independent Way in Putnam NY to leave no trace of the business operations at the Brooklyn facility. We have been informed that David Fung is trespassing since the marshal locked off the facility located at 17 Grand Avenue. Of course all this information was given after the fact. The secretary at the facility has been instructed by the 2nd partner to refuse all calls by our company. The partner has stated that its not his problem and wants nothing to do with this.They failed to deliver the project, never order material, never honored there agreement. We lost the contract with the client therefore there is NO PROJECT. David Fung of Metal & Glass Solutions stated he will return the money in full after tracking him down in front of there current jobsite at 212 w 41st New York, NY which he DID NOT full fill. There business practices are unethical, unprofessional, fraudulent, and a complete disgrace to all business owners everywhere. Do not conduct business with these criminals
